Rye Grays Program Information
What We Offer
- The Rye Grays offer a 12u through 23u travel baseball program based out of Disbrow Park in Rye, NY.
- Almost all of our games and all of our practices are at Disbrow Park
- Coaching staff led by Rye High School Varsity Assistant Coach Chad Charney
- Coaching staff will consist of Hackley Baseball Coach David Bendlin and Rye Modified Coach Brian Gillick among other HS and Collegiate players & coaches
Year Round Instruction and Competition
September to November Fall Seasons
- 12u-18u Weekend games (9 inning or doubleheaders) at Disbrow Park and surrounding Westchester County Fields
- Teams are arranged by age and grade and compete on a weekend basis
- Grays do not interfere with fall school sports as games are only Saturday's or Sunday's
November to March Winter Clinics
- Weekly Clinics held by the Grays Coaching staff
- Clinics are held at the Hawks Nest in Mamaroneck, NY and Warrior Baseball facility (Pro Swing) in Port Chester, NY and run by Rye Grays coaches
- Small Group Station Instruction with one of the Grays coaches at every station.
- Two Sessions are offered
- Hitting and Defense Session
- Pitchers and Catchers Session
April to June Spring Seasons
- 12u-16u Weekend games at Disbrow Park and surrounding Westchester County Fields
- Teams are arranged by age and grade and compete on a weekend basis
- Traditionally we have a JV team, Freshman team and Modified aged team in the Spring season
- Grays do not interfere with spring modified or JV school sports as games are only Saturday's or Sunday's
June to August Summer Seasons
- 12u-23u Rye Grays Summer teams provide a local team and an elite tournament team at all age divisions
- Rye Grays local team will provide a weekly practice and majority of Friday, Saturday and Sunday games at Disbrow Park. The local team will have an estimated 15-20 session schedule (games and practices).
- Rye Grays Elite Tournament team will provide multiple weekly practices and games on all days of the week. The elite team will have an estimated 30-35 (games and practices) schedule including travel tournaments.
- The Elite teams are on a tryout basis and rosters will be capped.

IF YOU ARE ON AN ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TEAM OUTSIDE OF THE RYE GRAYS,
YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAYS ELITE TOURNAMENT TEAM.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR FULL COMMITMENT FROM ALL PLAYERS ON THE ELITE ROSTER.
Year Round Private Lessons
- Private and Small Group Hitting Lessons, Pitching and Catching Lessons and Defensive Lessons are all available year round. Please contact Coach Charney if you are looking to inquire.
